Angela Siriounis, RD, BSc, is a clinical dietitian at Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta, who works in enteral and parenteral nutrition support, in both in- and out-patient settings.

Jennifer Shrubsole, RD, BSc, is a clinical dietitian at Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta. She specializes in enteral and parenteral nutrition support for gastrointestinal medical and surgical patients.

However, his conclusions may cause one to shift uncomfortably...and they very well should! He moves man from center stage and places God on the throne: highly offensive for the natural self-centered man. But as offense gives way to faith, Lloyd-Jones's theology opens the way to a greater joy and assurance in a loving and sovereign God who governs all things and works for the good of those who love Him.

Good and Basic

This book is a collection of magazine articles. Fair enough.

However, they're all very short (2-3 pages), well illustrated with photographs, and contain a wealth of basic information. The sections on jigs and assembly techniques alone was worth the price.

I liked it and found it extremely valuable as I got back into building balsa radio control models. I wish I'd had this book years ago before I gave up in disgust because I thought my model-building skills were deficient. While they were deficient, I could have made them more than adequate with the tips from this book.

just what i was looking for

My boyfriend really enjoys constructing RC planes & such so when he got this book he was really excited and rarely puts it down. There is a lot of good information for those who like to experiment and improve their designs. I suppose if one was already familiar with making them, this would be a great book for learning more about the skill.

I bought this book hoping to get some conventional instruction
into building a model airplane. I am a building clutz, and can use all the help I can get. What is inside is a collection of old magazine articles, telling how to build parts out of paper, some useful info about some construction, but nothing that I cant read on the internet for free, a wasted $19.95.

Entertaining but very undescriptive, flat characters

The books have fairly decent writing, it's just -- too much happens with too many characters in too short of a time frame. By the end of book #3, there are more than 12 murders, an old-biddy group, 2 romances with 1 on the rocks -- and you still don't know much about the main characters except one is a "large and busty" redhead with the other a short blonde. What do they like to eat? Favorite colors? What do they do in their spare time? And is large indicative of height or weight? How large? Very little character development is possible because there are too many characters from the start.

The writers stuffed everything into one book. It would have a better series to focus on a 2-3 characters, then add a biddy in one book, another in the second, and build in the group in the 3rd or 4th book.

Entertaining, yes, and light-hearted but lacking character depth. It's like watching a Saturday cartoon show, colorful but flat. Sorry.

Felicity is at it again trying to solve problems that the police are having trouble with. She tries to find out who stole the mayors precious bird and what is really going on at the nuclear plant. She involves her boyfriend and a bunch of people from the community. There is also some funny couple stuff that goes on with Felicity and her boyfriend and also her friend Alice and her movie star boyfriend. A great read and you don't need to read the first 2 to be able to follow along but always good to read them all.
