With a doctorate in political science from Paris' Institute of Political Science, the essayist Guillaume Faye was one of the principal theoreticians of the French Nouvelle Droite in the 1970s and '80s prior to his growing sympathy for the identitarian movement. He has also been a journalist at Figaro-Magazine, Paris-Match, Magazine-Hebdo, Valeurs Actuelles, and a radio commentator. For several years he was the editor of J'ai tout compris (I Understood Everything), a private newsletter.

Antidote to Political Dithering

This book is a clarion call to the West to awaken from the trance it has slipped into over the last 50 or so years. Reclaim its heritage, courage, and revitalize its germen (defined in this book). If you tire of the quibbling of Right/Left, Liberal/Conservative or Progressive/Identitarian, then read this book.
Written as an Identitarian manifesto, this book succeeds in laying out a practical course for saving the West from [cultural] extinction. Two parts: the manifesto--Faye's wonderful prose stirs like Shakespeare's St Crispin's Day speech ;-)--and a metapolitical dictionary that nicely disamiguates the many terms that have been co-opted by the Frankfurt School minions, and others who seek to destroy the West (including some groups on the Right).
Tired disclaimer: as Faye states repeatedly here: he is advocating full rights for all cultures, in their own lands and communities. This work is about revitalizing Europa. No burning crosses/Brown Shirts here. But also, no ethnomasochism (defined in this book). Search for "racism" here, you will come up empty handed.

A book that remembers white people that they don't come from a multicultural culture but a white culture. After growing in a multicultural culture, it is first hard to accept but then it is undeniable.

Purposefully propagandistic

As before with Faye's work, this isn't something that can be used to win over those who don't already agree, but it's a nice little manifesto for those who already do. The dictionary was redundant, as most of his ideas could've been expressed in about twenty pages--but it would still make a useful resource. Some future society might well cite this as a revolutionary influence.
